Role Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing reliability, performance, and support of the systems environment.
- Monitor systems, respond to incidents, problems, and plan for growth. Also monitor system security, stability, and patching.
- Provide in-depth systems analysis.
- Provide Oracle WebLogic 2nd level support.
- Provide support for all cloud implementations.
- Vulnerability resolution planning and coordination.
- Participate in technology projects by assisting with implementations.
- Coordinate third‑party vendor activities.
- Define procedures for administering and monitoring the related infrastructure and its software components.
