- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar discipline
- At least five years of experience managing endpoints, packaging, and providing support for users
Experience administering user endpoint and client software configurations using Active Directory Group Policy (GPO), Ivanti EPM or a comparable program, Intune, or JAMF.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the capacity to persuade and interact with senior management and non-technical audiences
- Willing to work in graveyard shift and hybrid setup in Quezon City.
