Job Purpose
- To act as a technical lead within the Digital Team, responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing key housing business systems. The role focuses on translating business requirements into effective system solutions, driving digital transformation, and ensuring optimal performance of both on-premise and SaaS platforms.
Key Duties/Accountabilities
- Provide technical leadership across key housing systems, including MRI, Total Mobile, and Civica platforms.
