The successful candidate will bring extensive experience of leading technical delivery across complex IT business systems, particularly within housing-related environments. They will confidently interpret business requirements provided by a Project Manager or Business Analyst and guide a team in implementing effective solutions across existing platforms, including Total Mobile (Connect, Mobilise), Civica Keystone, and MRI Orchard Enterprise & Assets. They will strengthen a highly capable digital team by offering specialist system expertise, supporting the rollout of new modules, optimising system processes, and sharing knowledge to upskill colleagues.
