**Job Description Summary**
The Senior Systems Engineer for Performance Upgrades serves as the technical lead for validation methods and execution for performance upgrade products. In this role, you will lead systems engineering New Product Introduction (NPI) deliverables for new PowerUp product launches, including DVR, PVR, and FSVR. You will develop and maintain the methods and tools used to validate performance upgrade products, ensuring validation processes are scalable, technically sound, and reflective of real-world turbine performance. This role includes customer-facing technical representation in product validation discussions, as well as collaboration across product management, engineering, commercial, and regional field teams.
