Senior Systems Technician

The Senior Systems Technician maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. Creates, maintains, and upgrades system images for use with WDS or other imaging technologies. This person is also familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.  

What you’ll do at Insight 

• Installs and supports approved desktop Windows and Mac OS based operating systems. 

• Responds to and resolves computer, printer, and other peripheral support and troubleshooting requests in a manner consistent with IT policies and procedures.
