Position Overview
Zelis is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support and enhance the organization's talent acquisition strategy and recruitment operations. This role will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR business partners, and business leaders to drive recruiting excellence through workforce planning, talent analytics, process optimization, market intelligence, and full-cycle recruiting support.
What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions and levels, partnering closely with hiring leaders to understand business priorities and hiring needs. 
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage both active and passive talent. 
Leverage modern recruiting technologies, AI-enabled tools, talent intelligence platforms, and data insights to improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
