Role Overview The Senior Technical Engineer is a site‑based technical role within the Technical Office department responsible for producing, reviewing, and governing all structural shop drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, CVIs, and structural BIM models. BIM is a mandatory working tool for this role; all structural shop drawings must be produced from and traceable to the Revit Structure model, and all project files must be managed through the Common Data Environment (CDE) in compliance with ISO 19650 and the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP). The engineer coordinates with the BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator to ensure that structural technical requirements are properly reflected in the BIM workflow and project digital deliverables.
