Senior Technical Lead

Have 10 + years of experience in Oracle HCM, Payroll Enhancement Projects. Have Good functional Knowledge on Payroll. Ideal candidate should have 80% of technical and 20 % functional. Candidate should work from 4 AM PT to 1 PM PT (4:30 PM IST to 1:30 PM IST). Develop, configure, and customize Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll components. Create and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll processing, eligibility, and calculation rules. Strong experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), and HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data conversions and interface development. Design and build integrations with third-party systems such as benefits, tax vendors, time and attendance systems, etc. Support payroll parallel testing, balance adjustments, and year-end activities.
