Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Technical Manager based in Centurion.
Requirements
- Matric
- Code B driver’s license.
- B Tech or a degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience in Maintenance Engineering, CRM and Property Management.
- Knowledge of Soft service, CRM, Property Management and Financial Management.
- SAP knowledge- essential.
- Proven experience as an Engineer Manager.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and instil effective adherence to processes on infrastructure maintenance.
- Manage staff and arising conflict.
- Assist in the management of technical projects and provide technical support.
- Monitor service provider performance.
- Monitor and evaluate maintenance work performed by technical staff.
- Ensure the utilization of available resource in various maintenance works.
