Job Description
You join the Major Projects and Sustainable Development department integrated into AEW’s Asset Management France. As a Technical Project Manager, your role is to advise investment teams, develop work programs, design and manage development and major restructuring operations, and advise the Asset Managers on any important technical subject. On a daily basis, your missions are to:
Carry out in-depth technical expertise on real estate investment files, with emphasis on architectural and functional analysis, technical performance, environmental audits, as well as the associated technical and financial risk assessment.
Advise the investment teams on all technical aspects, regulation, compliance, work necessary to upgrade or bring the asset into compliance, ... until the conclusion of the acts.
