Overview
We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer to document cloud-based services infrastructure and tooling, developing, maintaining, and coordinating documentation for a cloud-based software application.
Responsibilities
- Write, maintain, coordinate, and produce final versions of end-to-end technical software documentation
- Interview subject matter experts for documentation
- Use structured DITA authoring tools to create and maintain product documentation
- Mentor and oversee other team Technical Writers
- Publication and documentation process ownership
- Respond to inquiries from all levels of the organization pertaining to documentation
Qualifications
- Experience in technical writing for cloud-based services and tooling
- Proficiency with structured DITA authoring tools
