Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Hotel & Project Site Technician to support the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of electronic door lock systems, room control systems, and related hospitality technologies across hotels and project sites in Singapore. Responsibilities Install electronic door lock systems and room control systems at hotel and project sites to ensure operational readiness Configure, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic hotel door lock systems, room control systems, hospitality-related hardware and software, and associated network devices and controllers Attend onsite service calls, maintenance works, and project installations at hotels and project locations Conduct preventive maintenance and routine system health checks to sustain optimal functionality Diagnose technical faults and provide timely rectification to minimize operational downtime Coordinate with hotel operators, contractors, vendors, and internal te...
