As Senior Technician within the WIDGeT consortium (Viral Vector Intelligent Design for Gene Therapy), you will execute and design complex molecular biology experiments focused on single-cell applications using NGS technology. You will work on developing innovative technology to provide sensitive information of AAV transgene expression at the single-cell level, leveraging droplet microfluidics, DNA barcoding, and scRT-PCR.
