Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform advanced database validation and backend data verification using strong SQL skills, including complex joins, subqueries, data integrity checks, and reconciliation across multiple data sources.
- Apply basic IVR (Interactive Voice Response) testing knowledge, including validation of call flows, prompts, menu navigation, DTMF inputs, and backend integrations to ensure accurate customer interaction and system behavior (manual and automated where supported)
