Ensuring that all project and product development objectives are met on schedule. 

Planning and defining the methodological approach for testing. 

Drawing up project and test plans, including resource and capacity planning. 

Manual and automated testing: conducting functional and non-functional tests (manual and automated) to ensure software quality.
