Senior UI/UX Designer

Systems Limited is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to bring in the fast‑pace high‑quality prototyping to implementation capability to the team. In this role you’ll work with UX Analyst, product owner as well as business team to deliver best in class user experience design for Japan market.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components and consistent user experiences across digital platforms
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technically feasible, high‑quality implementation of UX/UI designs
• Ensure digital experiences align with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
• Support data‑driven UX optimization through experimentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
• Work collaboratively within agile product teams across Product, Engineering, QA, Analytics, and Business stakeholders
