Responsibilities
: End-to-End Product Design: Own feature/journey scopes such as PLP filters/sort, PDP information hierarchy, Checkout micro-flows, and App onboarding Produce flows, wireframes, high-fidelity brand-aligned UI, prototypes, and redlines/specifications Apply brand identity, visual direction, and UI craftsmanship consistently across markets Partner with Product and Engineering to clarify feasibility, scope, and technical considerations
Research & Evidence-Led Decisions: Plan and conduct usability tests and interviews; run heuristic evaluations; analyze Amplitude/GA4 insights with CRO/Analytics Combine UCD principles with qualitative and quantitative insights to shape design decisions Turn insights into prioritized changes and testable hypotheses
