Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to underwriters across all experience levels, strengthening expertise, judgment, and professional autonomy.
• Provide expert guidance on complex, high‑risk, and grey‑area cases, including medical, financial, and holistic risk assessment.
• Lead knowledge transfer through structured training, guideline interpretation, and support of underwriting initiatives and standards.
