Senior UX Manager, Transportation (Canada, EST Remote)

Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking a Senior UX Manager to lead experience design for Transportation workflows across Civil 3D, Revit, Forma, and ReCap. This role is responsible for defining and delivering cohesive, high-impact user experiences that support the planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure, such as roadway and rail corridors, stations, interchanges, and surrounding site context. You will lead and grow a globally distributed team of designers at varying stages of their careers while partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Platform teams. You will be accountable for experience quality across critical workflows, with a strong emphasis on interoperability, workflow continuity, and AI-assisted decision making.
