Senior UX QA Analyst- Accessibility Testing- Local to Montreal, QC

Duration: Long Term Contract (6 Months to start with)

Core responsibilities:

1. Write and execute testing plans to assess compliance across several areas: accessibility using functional and automated testing (ability to complete a VPAT template covering the required WCAG guidelines according to Quebec law); compliance with client’s institutional standards and project- or application-specific standards as needed (ex. Slate application form standards).
2. Write and execute testing plans to validate UX and UI quality based on assessment of: UX copy for plain language, user-aligned terminology, continuity, and basic alignment with standard usability heuristics; alignment with user research artefacts such as jobs to be done or customer design intent and quality (does the interface look and behave in a way that's cohesive, polished, and consistent with related or adjacent systems and platforms?).
