Responsibilities
- Run UX research across Tether's consumer and developer products, including Keet, QVAC Workbench, and Tether Wallet
- Identify UX best practices and emerging patterns across various product categories
- Research competitors and adjacent products to identify market gaps and solution opportunities
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product designers and product managers
- Partner with product teams across all four pillars (Finance, Power, Data, and Education) to inform the product lifecycle
- Build and maintain a research repository to ensure insights are reusable and compound over time
- Tailor research methods—qualitative, quantitative, lightweight, or deep—to meet specific project needs
