Job Description Argano is seeking a Senior Varicent Consultant to be a part of our Sales Performance team. We are laser focused on designing, building, and deploying sales performance management systems on our partner platforms. As a member of the consulting team, you will be involved directly with clients and responsible for delivering quality work on mid‑size to large client projects.
Responsibilities
Derive and understand client business needs, and document findings
Work closely with team leaders and specialists in solution design
Configure Varicent Incentives system to meet requirement needs
