Senior Venue Manager

About the Role

The Senior Venue Manager is responsible for the overall performance of a high-capacity restaurant and bar venue, working closely with ownership and senior leadership to ensure smooth service, strong team culture, and effective cost control.
While supported by department managers and supervisors, this role remains highly operational and visible, with a strong emphasis on floor leadership, staff engagement, and service standards. Limited accommodation-related oversight may be introduced to the role over time.
