Senior Vice President - Master Planning - Projects

Manage master planning activities from pre-concept through to detailed masterplan for all government and Aldar Development projects.

• Review master plan and detailed master plan submittals by the internal team and consultants.
• Provide support review and advisory services on master planning matters to Project Management during construction stage.
• Manage the selection and work of master planning consultants; Ensure quality, budget and time compliance of the consultant’s work in accordance with the service contract.
• Manage service contracts including preparing RFPs, and processing payments and variations.
• Evaluate and select proposals of master planning consultants with focus on quality insurance, budget and time compliance of the consultant’s work in accordance with the service contract and Aldar standards, e.g. Estimada and UPC AD 2030 vision
