**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Engineer** to join our team in **Doral, FL** .
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Lead engineering and modernization efforts for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments supporting DoD missions, driving requirements analysis, solution design, and lifecycle documentation in alignment with DoD 5000.02 processes.
+ Engineer, manage, and optimize enterprise VDI platforms VMware Horizon 2512, with hands-on expertise in image creation, application layering, profile management, and performance tuning.
+ Administer and enhance VDI components, including Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM), App Volumes, Instant Clone Pools, FSLogix for O365, and associated user experience optimization tools.
+ Troubleshoot complex VDI issues, including pool configuration changes, vCenter related desktop failures, image related defects, and performance degra...
