Job Description
Take and serves Food & Beverage orders according to prescribed standard of service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To prepare , refills salt & pepper shaker and other condiments and set up tables etc.
To Make sure that the par stock is maintained and ensure all items is cleaned and organized.
To check at the kitchen the out of stock items and must be familiar with the items served, enable to explain dinning guest.
To ensure guest has satisfaction and meets expectations
To monitor inventory of wines & beverage consumption as well as of losses. Make reports & submit to F & B office
NON ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To be assigned for private events
To look after their proper storage and make requisition when necessary
To ensure that the par stock of supplies is maintained
