Senior Wedding Planner

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of luxury weddings. Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their vision Create detailed project timelines, checklists, and execution plans Collaborate with internal design and production teams for theme and concept development Manage and coordinate with vendors – decor, catering, logistics, entertainment, and more Prepare and manage event budgets;
