Responsibilities
- Manages change orders and variation claims from subcontractors; prepares corresponding change orders and variation claims to the Client and maintains a complete register of all change orders.
- Collaborates closely with project teams and various disciplines (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Subcontractors) to support timely contract price adjustments and claims.
- Prepares documentation and substantiation for variation orders and claims in accordance with contract requirements and submits submissions to the Client with follow‑up until approval.
- Manages the full spectrum of subcontracting works, including claims administration, measurements, and bills of quantities.
- Prepares tender and subcontract documents, bid and subcontract checklists, and conducts bid and subcontract evaluations and summaries.
