Job Description: 
You will join the Activity Management team and will specifically focus on one application called Project and Activity Management (hereafter referred to as “PAM”).
You will guide the technical direction of the FE & BE part of the PAM product, ensuring scalable, efficient, and secure solutions. You will collaborate with developers, UX designers and the functional team to align technical decision with business goals. Mentoring team members, reviewing code and enforcing best practices are key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: 
1. Technical Expertise and Support:
Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to software developers and product owners.
Address technical challenges and facilitate problem-solving.
