Senior/Principal III-V Epitaxy & Wafer Process Engineer

Broadcom is looking for a motivated Process Engineer (Senior/Principal) in Singapore to enhance the development of III-V semiconductor devices. You will focus on epitaxy and wafer fabrication, supporting R&D and production while driving process improvements and collaborating internationally.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or PhD in Physics or related fields, with experience in III-V materials and fabrication processes. Strong analytical skills utilizing AI/ML tools for process optimization are key.
