As a Server Assistant, you will serve as the main support to servers, providing food and beverage service to guests in a high‑luxury environment, guiding them in the outlet concept and products, and striving for complete guest satisfaction.

• Assist servers by setting up, replenishing, and clearing tables.
• Provide knowledge of menu items, spirits, cocktails and wines.
• Maintain high service standards and uphold safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Follow the established service sequence and anticipate guest needs.
• Collaborate with teammates and attend training programs.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ultra‑luxury hotels.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
