About the Role
Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) – Product Assurance is seeking a Server Firmware Test Engineer to drive quality and validation for server firmware solutions. This role focuses on deep firmware validation (BMC / BIOS / UEFI), with strong emphasis on technical depth, problem-solving capability, and customer-facing engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead server firmware validation activities, including BMC, BIOS/UEFI, RAS, and Rack Manager domains
Design and review test plans, test cases, and validation strategies based on product specifications and design documentation
Execute and manage firmware validation cycles, ensuring coverage, quality, and timely delivery
