Automotive Service Advisor – Job Scope
- Attend to customers’ vehicle servicing and repair enquiries professionally
- Prepare service quotations, repair orders, and explain recommended repairs
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team to ensure timely job completion
- Provide updates to customers on vehicle status and repair progress
- Handle customer complaints and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend preventive maintenance services
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up after servicing
- Maintain high standards of customer service and workshop operations
- Possess valid driving license with ability to test drive and move vehicles when required
