You’ll be the go-to person between our Albury branch and our amazing customers – making sure their gear gets the TLC it deserves.
What you’ll be doing:
- Crafting clear, competitive quotes for service jobs
- Booking in customer jobs and keeping the schedule humming
- Handling warranty claims and product improvements like a pro
- Reviewing repair orders and helping get invoices out the door
