Primary Responsibilities
- Clearly explain automotive issues, repair solutions, and service recommendations to customers.
- Provide accurate service estimates and discuss potential costs with customers.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure that repairs and services are completed according to customer specifications and within set timeframes.
- Promote the company’s products and services, including maintenance packages, repairs, and parts, to customers.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
