Service and CI Project Engineer

Six Degrees Executive are working with an organisation who are seeking a hands-on Service & Project Engineer to support and optimise high-performance machinery across customer sites. This is a diverse role combining field service, technical engineering, and project delivery—ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving on the tools and managing projects end-to-end.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring equipment performance, driving continuous improvement, and delivering engineering solutions across installation, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities include:

Field Service & Technical Support

Provide on-site troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of packaging machinery

Deliver root cause analysis (5 Why) and drive issue resolution

Support customers with performance improvements and technical advice

Produce detailed service reports and close out actions
