- Primary point of contact for managing work schedules, job assignments, and customer coordination for regional Field Service and Repair jobs with subsidies and customers
- Support the system's allocation, reservation, assignment, and coordination of labor and workshop capacity. Review on a regular basis and maintain current allocation.
- Monitor important performance indicators and make sure that reports and related paperwork are submitted on time when the job is finished.
- Examine the service engineer's timesheet and expenses in accordance with corporate guidelines.
