Job Description
Assessing the service needs of clients and linking them to the appropriate resources and providers.
Creating and maintaining a directory of service providers and resources.
Creating and maintaining a database of clients and client needs.
Assessing client issues and providing recommendations to fix problems.
Ensuring each client is given the necessary services and follow-up to fill ongoing service needs.
Maintaining good relationships with service providers and clients to keep a customer base.
Expanding the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services.
Answering telephones and responding to email inquiries in the office.
Developing a resource directory of local social service agencies and providers for easy access.
