• Greet and seat customers in a polite and professional manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately

• Serve food and drinks promptly

• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area

• Handle basic customer enquiries and requests

• Follow service standards and workplace safety requirements

• Prior experience in F&B front‑of‑house roles preferred; knowledge of Fujian cuisine or Chinese cuisine is a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing, and strong communication skills with good customer service mindset.
