About the role

Join our Express business as an operational Service Delivery Manager, based in our Waikato Operations Centre in Hamilton. Reporting to the National Express Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of dispatchers, Delivery Partners and their authorised drivers. You will work closely with fleet and operations colleagues to ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly, oversee daily activities including managing a small team of dispatchers who work a variety of shifts, and ensure they receive the right training and knowledge to perform effectively.
