Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee the delivery of IT services and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service operations, monitoring service performance against agreed SLAs, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and serving as the key point of contact for customers on service-related matters.
