**Join our Team**:**About this opportunity**:**What you will do**:- Primary Escalation POC for the Project Team related to Integration Process, during assigned shift.
- Escalation POC for all issues towards Engineering Teams.
- Integration Schedule Management.
- Secure Integration and Troubleshoot Support for Planned Sites.
- Follow up an update internal tools milestones.
- Analyze, Understand Scope to be Worked (Scope, Hardware, Software, Physical Connectivity).
- Review and Secure Execution of Implementation/Integration Plan.
- Follow up and Engage Engineering Teams for Troubleshoot.
- Monitor post integration reports or alarm reports.
- Request remote support for customer acceptance.
(Ready to Transmit Milestone - RTT)- Assign field engineer for alarm resolution- Reschedule sites for trouble shooting or cancellations/delays- Hand over sites to RF or customer (RTT) once alarms are cleared and performance indicators are in range.
