We're looking for an experienced IT Service Design Lead to take ownership of service design across a complex, outsourced environment. This is a high-impact role focused on shaping and assuring end-to-end IT services delivered in partnership with a third-party provider.
The role:
- Lead the design and implementation of IT service management processes.
- Define end-to-end service models across internal teams and third parties.
- Ensure outsourced providers deliver scalable, compliant service designs.
- Establish governance frameworks (SLAs, KPIs, OLAs) and service acceptance criteria.
