Overview
We are seekingexperienced Service Desk Analysts to join a busy and collaborative IT support team. This role focuses on providing first-line technical support to a large end-user community, resolving issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support via telephone and service requests
Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware, software and access issues
Log, triage and prioritise incidents and service requests
Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when required
Deliver a high standard of customer service and user experience
Support desktop, laptop and Microsoft-based environments
Skills & Experience
Previous Service Desk or IT Support experience
