A highly regarded Federal Government organisation is seeking Senior NIES Service Desk Analysts to support critical ICT systems and end users within a secure and complex environment. This role will act as the first point of contact for technical support while contributing to incident management, system improvements, and service delivery outcomes.

The successful Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Responding to a broad range of ICT service requests and providing timely resolution or escalation.
