Provide on-site and remote technical support for both electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of equipment across electrical and mechanical systems (e.g., pumps, valves, compressors, HVAC, flowmeters, pressure gauges).
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance.
Train clients on proper usage, maintenance, and safety procedures for equipment and systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product performance and system reliability.
Maintain detailed service records, including daily reports and visual updates.
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with PPE requirements.
Assist in site surveys, pre-audit inspections, and project planning.
Conduct post-project audits and suggest improvements for future operations.
