Service Engineer

The Opportunity: We're hiring a Service Engineer to join Roche Diagnostics in Singapore. In this role, you'll support our diagnostic business across Core Lab, Molecular Lab and Pathology Lab, ensuring our instruments are installed, maintained, and performing at their best across customer sites - enabling reliable and timely patient care. As the Service Engineer, you are responsible for: . Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of diagnostic instruments . Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimise system downtime . Provide timely, professional, and customer-focused field service support . Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and ensuring a positive service experience .
