Field service technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various systems and equipment. They are responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment at client sites, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Working closely with HQ teams, the position provides critical supports to the success of our proactive customer focused Services.
Accountabilities
+ Installationand Start-up:Provide guidance on installingnew equipment,Carryout Start-up after installation to ensure properfunctioning of systems
+ Trouble-shooting: Identify and diagnose problems with equipmentonsite and remotely, determine the root cause of issues and develop effective solutions;perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspections,clean up of components
