- Attend customer service requests
- Ensure complete and effective equipment servicing
- Recommend solutions to clients and put up for proposal to Supervisor
- Provide Support to Testing & Commissioning upon request

- Perform general technical duties, facilitate health checks and develop Lifecycle Replacement Programme
- Support Planned Preventive Maintenance to Predictive and Proactive Maintenance Modes
